The service
EditBOL is intended to help you make a focused change to an existing scanned Bill of Lading and download a printable PDF. It is not a replacement for your carrier, shipper, broker, customs, or legal documentation processes.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every edited document before printing, sending, or relying on it. You must have permission to edit the document you upload and should confirm that the replacement address and all other BOL details are accurate.
Do not use EditBOL to misrepresent a shipment, alter a document without authorization, or bypass a carrier, customs, or regulatory requirement.
Free access and availability
EditBOL editing and PDF downloads are free with an authenticated account. No subscription, credit card, payment, edit allowance, or expiring trial is required. Processing time and availability vary with document size, scan quality, selected areas, and service capacity. Temporary jobs expire; download your results promptly.
Your account and preferences
Use an email verified by Google and keep your account secure. Optional profile information helps us understand the trucking community using EditBOL. Marketing consent is separate from accepting these terms and is not required for access. Update your profile and email preferences from your account. Our Privacy Policy explains account records, consent evidence, and product analytics.
